Any dispute related to these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, you agree to submit the dispute to the Taipei District Court for binding adjudication.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ClaudeCraft regarding our Services, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and understandings, whether oral or written.

14. Language

If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English version of these Terms and any translation, the Chinese version shall prevail.
